WazirX was hit by a safety breach in one among its multisig wallets on Thursday, inflicting over $100 million in shiba inu (SHIB) and $52 million in ether, amongst different property, to be drained from the trade. The stolen funds accounted for over 45% of the whole reserves cited by the trade in a June 2024 report – successfully dampening hopes of a restoration amongst customers.
