Ethereum Foundation backs Tornado Cash developer with $1.25 million legal aid

The Ethereum Basis has stepped in to assist Alexey Pertsev, a developer behind Twister Money, by donating $1.25 million towards his authorized protection.

Saying the donation on Feb. 26, the Basis emphasised the significance of privateness and the rights of builders, saying:

Pertsev expressed his gratitude for the contribution, stating that the funds would enable him to concentrate on his enchantment absolutely. He wrote:
